Refund Policy
(1) We want you to be happy with Elissa Robin's products & services, and so we offer a full refund for all of our products and contracted services as per below:
(a) Downloadable Digital Resources: If you have purchased a product that you are unhappy with, you are entitled to a refund within thirty (30) days of Your purchase, so long as you have not downloaded the content more than once. Simply let us know in writing that you would like a refund within thirty (30) days of Your purchase. Intellectual Property rights are fully enforceable (ie. Sharing content to unauthorised third parties). Refer to the Terms & Conditions for more information about how our content can be used.
(b) Online Teachable Courses: If you have purchased online training from Elissa Robins through the Teachable online platform, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of Your purchase – please refer to the policies, terms & procedures detailed in your Teachable account.
(c) Mentoring & Supervision Contracts:
If you have committed to a 3, 6, or 12 month contract and wish to terminate, termination must be requested in writing a minimum of 30 days before the next contracted session, otherwise, a cancellation fee for the session will be charged. The remainder of your contract will be terminated upon review by Elissa Robins.
Abuse of the Refund Policy
Elissa Robins reserves the right to refuse refunds to Users who abuse this Refund Policy. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, requesting refunds for multiple products or requesting refunds in consecutive months or downloading products multiple times, and then requesting a refund.
